Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities across various industries to support growth and profitability.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, assess competition, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance deal flow and maximize value for the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
- Perform detailed due diligence on potential deals, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance reviews.
- Manage and organize data rooms for prospective investors, ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare investor reports, providing stakeholders with updates on deal progress and company performance.
- Collaborate with legal teams, internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to investors, board members, and potential partners.
- Draft detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support business proposals and management decisions.
- Work closely with departments such as legal, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and continuously improve strategies and processes to meet evolving market demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience managing data rooms and preparing investor reports.
