Job offer: Project Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks, developing strategies to mitigate or eliminate potential impacts.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update the risk management plan as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution.
• Monitor and report on risk-related issues, ensuring that potential risks are managed proactively.
• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and processes.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management best practices.
• Prepare and present risk assessment reports and risk mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to risk management.
• Maintain a risk register, documenting identified risks, their potential impacts, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Risk Manager or similar role in the project management industry.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management software and risk management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP) is a plus.
