Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery times.
- Establish and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment centers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of metrics into SAP Business Warehouse and Tableau.
- Address and resolve logistics-related customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Review and analyze post-delivery survey results and support reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs and import/export requirements.
- Organize international and domestic shipping processes, including documentation and payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and tracking systems.
- Proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Flexible working hours available, willing to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar.
