Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the bank’s overall business objectives and target market segments.
- Manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market analysis.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of sales experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
