Job vacancy Retail Unit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
• Monitor and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Design and execute a business plan to expand the company’s customer base.
• Ensure strong market presence and brand visibility.
• Negotiate and implement Yearly Business Development Agreements.
• Manage objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Foster loyalty and repeat business through partnerships with customers.
• Present sales reviews, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
• Provide realistic sales forecasts and conduct market analyses.
• Stay informed about new products and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the supermarket/mini market channel.
• Knowledge and familiarity with both the North and South areas.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
