Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Monitor and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Design and implement a business plan to expand the company’s customer base.
- Ensure strong market presence and brand visibility.
- Negotiate and implement Yearly Business Development Agreements.
- Manage objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Partner with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Present sales reviews, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the supermarket/Mini Market channel.
- Knowledge and familiarity with both the North and South areas.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in more than one area in Jordan is an advantage.
