Job offer: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Extract, interpret, justify, convey, negotiate, and control requirements through approaches such as interviews, walk-throughs, surveys, use cases, specifications, and modeling.
• Scope a project/program to meet business requirements.
• Determine, describe, liaise, and negotiate for solutions (technical, business process/procedural, etc.) that will augment the value provided by an organization or business unit to its stakeholders.
• Act as a communication channel between the stakeholders and the project/program team.
• Interpret technical and architectural issues so that project/program stakeholders can comprehend and make effective decisions.
• Aid in writing user acceptance tests/cases, and collaborate between testing resources and stakeholders.
• Determine and model processes, data, and business rules.

Requirements:

• BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or relevant field.
• Master's degree in Business Analytics is a plus.
• PMP, CBAP certifications are a plus.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication (including technical writing) skills.
• Understanding of systems engineering and modeling concepts.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Development of strong business cases.
• Complete understanding of different modeling techniques and methods.
• Ability to understand and respond to business needs in a rapidly changing environment.
