Responsibilities
- Implement the organization's overall IT strategy defined at the BU level, aligned with business goals, to drive digital transformation and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize IT initiatives and projects
- Lead and oversee the BU digital initiatives, including the implementation of digital platforms, applications, and solutions.
- Drive the utilization of data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the organization's data and systems.
- Manage KPIs and recommend process changes in conjunction with section and department heads.
- Carries out a permanent inventory and manages the various components of the various networks.
- Monitors and analyzes performance and implements measures to improve the tool's quality or productivity.
- Elaborates rules for using the tool in accordance with the company's standards and service contracts.
- Documents, promotes, and monitors their implementation.
- Solid knowledge of how to Install, configure, and update server software and applications on-premise and on the
cloud (AWS. AZURE) - Approves and performs the installation, and integration of new tools (systems, or networks and telecoms).
- Identify/order and install equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.) useful for the proper functioning of the
network and workstations. - Assign profiles to manage access rights to servers and applications.
- Manages access to IS resources.
- Organize the transfer and backup of data and to define the RTP, RPO, and DRP.
- Handles internal reports of incidents and anomalies, from diagnosing the incident to identifying, formulating, and following up on its resolution.
- Analyze failures and propose or implement solutions in collaboration with the architect or the network technicians.
- Manages and guarantees performance (alert thresholds and fine-tunes products and resources in the scope).
- Ensure security in configuration and usage and realize recurring Internet connectivity testing activities.
- Ensure the efficiency of the equipment through incident simulations.
- Constant monitoring of new equipment and software likely to improve performance.
Qualifications
- A total of 7+ years of working experience in IT.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital and applications management or similar role preferably supporting diversified applications system and development
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security, enterprise solutions, infrastructure, communications & network management.
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to present technical content to senior executives.
- Certification: would be preferable in cybersecurity (CISM, CISSP, ISO27001...), Microsoft(AZURE Cloud, MSCE..), AWS, Project management (PMP)
