Job offer: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales team members.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Handle key accounts and negotiate contracts with major clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitors’ activities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Implement sales automation tools and CRM systems to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
