Job offer: Telesales Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of telesales representatives.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve sales results.
• Set sales targets and objectives, and ensure they are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and productivity within the team.
• Handle customer issues and provide resolutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of team metrics, such as call volumes, conversion rates, and sales figures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telesales techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
