Unacceptable SERVICE
Yesterday 18/6/2018 I returned back with my family from Movenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Hotel in Aqaba to Amman via Avis where the transportation arrangement done directly with Avis office in the same hotel (please find attached reservation invoice signed by the local manager (Moayad) with cost 140JD.



We left the Hotel around 12:30 PM where after 30 minutes the AC of the car completely stopped, we called the manager (Moayad) to inform him about the bad situation in such a long distance trip where the distance between Aqaba and Amman is approximately 350KM in a very hot weather (almost 40 degrees) to take the appropriate action and send another car from Amman or from Aqaba. There was no response from the manager and no actions at all.

This is not acceptable response from Avis office in Aqaba which shows no respect to the customer and clearly violate the Mission and Values statement of Avis as international company "We will lead our industry by defining service excellence and building unmatched customer loyalty. We will conduct business with unwavering high standards of honesty, trust, professionalism and ethical behavior”

Please consider my message as official complaints concerning what I faced with my family yesterday and please convey my message to the main Avis international Headquarter.
