Review of Payless Car Rental

DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY-Arrived and waited in a queue for about half hour - only one desk agent. Car was handed over not washed with literally no petrol and instructions where the nearest garage was. Prepaid for the rental but had an additional 200% hold placed on my credit card. Returned the vehicle a few days later with no agent located at the receiving point to accept the vehicle. When i asked why I had to walk some distance to tell 4 people in the Payless office who were doing absolutely nothing i was dismissed and told to walk back tge same distance so the vehicle can be received because "it was procedure". What the staff at Payless do not seem to understand that very few people want to come to Jordan and if they continue with this same attitude people will rather go elswhere. Even though I had a great time in Jordan my experience with these arrogant individuals will make me never come back again.
