Question for International Air Transport Association (IATA) Jordan

We are a inbound tour operator situated in Wadi Musa and considering expanding to arrange flights, etc for clients in/out of Jordan. Can you please advise what steps must be taken to become a member of IATA and any relevant websites I could visit? We would employ trained staff to undertake this role. Many thanks, Sue
