NEW VISION FOR TECHNICAL SERVICES was established to provide (NDT Services- Third party inspections, Training, heat treatment, and others) as an extension to our old company (New Engineering Vision contracting company). Which was established in 2011 to provide contracting and electromechanical activities, during year 2016 the company was developed and expanded to contain other company (NEW Vision for Technical Services) to provide the following services:
- NDT Services (Nondestructive testing)
- Heat treatment
- Engineering training.
- Third party activities
we are approved service provider for GE, Fieldcore, Ansaldo and all internal power plants in Jordan .
we own all equipment, techniques and procedure for all p[ower plants components,

New Vision for Technical Services provides the following NDT methods and techniques:
1- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).

a) Wet Magnetic particle testing:
a-1) Fluorescent :
 Yoke Technique (AC/HWDC)
 coil/Cable wrap technique
a-2) Visible:
 Yoke Technique (AC/HWDC).
 Coil / cable wrap technique

b) Dry Magnetic particle testing:
b-1)- Visible

2- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
2-1) - Type I : Fluorescent Dye Penetrant Inspection (FPT)
Fluorescent Dye Penetrant Inspection (FDPI) is the most sensitive test method , The following methods are available:
 Water washable fluorescent dye penetrant testing.
 Solvent Removable fluorescent dye penetrant testing.
2-2) - Type II: Visible Dye Penetrant Inspection (PT)
The following methods are available:
 Water washable visible dye penetrant testing.
 Solvent Removable visible dye penetrant testing.

3- Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
3-1) Flaw detection
 Normal beam probes
 Angle beam probes
 TR probes
 Delay line transducers.

3-2) Thickness measurement
3-2-1) A- Scan technique
 Metal thickness measurement
 Multilayer thickness measurement
 Coating thickness measurement
3-2-2) - B- Scan Technique
 Corrosion mapping

- Remote visual inspection - Using GE XL-GO video scope with measurement option
4- Leak Testing (LT).
4-1) Vacuum Box (Bubble) Test
Vacuum box bubble test is one of the safest and reliable non-destructive test methods.
The vacuum box bubble test can locate leaks in the test area that cannot be directly pressurized.

5- Coating Thickness Measurement
Thickness measurement of coatings, such as varnishes, paints, etc. on steel / iron and non-ferrous metals. Up to 5 mm

6- Hardness Testing.
Quickly testing surface hardness of metallic materials according to the parameters: Rockwell B & C, Vickers HV, Brinell HB, Shore HS and Leeb HL.

7- Radiographic testing : (Joint Venture with a local company)
7-1: Gamma Ray technique
Gamma Ray - Radiographic testing (RT) is one of the most widely used techniques of volumetric non-destructive testing and is often used to reveal internal, surface and sub-surface irregularities.

8- Heat Treatment :
We provide on-site Heat treatment Services for carbon steel and alloy steel piping welds by electric resistance method in the form of ceramic pad heaters.
