Company description
A hospital’s atmosphere and environment can without a doubt alter the course of recovery and wellness of patients. A pleasant and friendly atmosphere can speed up recovery and indeed make it an experience to remember whereas conversely a lousy and unhealthy environment can indeed delay and complicate recovery. Focusing on the psychological aspect is as important as how successful an operation went.

It was a top priority to disguise the hospital setup in a warm and friendly atmosphere so that each visitor to The Farah Hospital would look forward to coming back.

The patient’s rooms were designed to suit every taste. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, with each floor having a different theme/design. One thing that all rooms have in common are the fantastic views that the hospital
Show more has to offer. Located in the middle of Amman, the hospital has 360 degrees panoramic views of the capital. And with wireless internet connections and plasma screens with DVD players, our patients and their guests are sure to have a pleasant time. One aspect that The Farah Hospital was adamant to change is the phobia of hospital food/meals! Indeed our chef with his vast experience in 5 star hotels have helped transform the image of hospital food to something that patients/relatives would look forward to.

this hospital and its employees lack ethics, credibility, honesty, and professionalism, and Zaid (am sorry but he does not deserve the title of a doctor)him and his staff are as far as they can be from the humanitarian nature of health care.
We went for IVF on May 2015. During the consultation meeting, they played very polite (sales pitch) and lots of promises that they well take very good care of us and Zaid himself (the expert) will personally will follow up with us and supervise the procedure so you would think you are in safe hands till you pay the money. Their strategy is to make you believe that something wrong with you medically and lure you into repeating the process again and again so they can cash in. During the medication protocol and tests everything we hear from tem was promising and that we are doing great, they even counted 8 eggs then on the day that they took the eggs they said that they will take 6 that are good quality, then the 6 turned into 4 and then only 2 that got fertilized and then they tested the fertilized eggs for X & Y (taking one cell) before the due time which means they damaged them, then they said that they test showed nothing no results (oh my god I didn’t know that we are aliens with deferent DNA make-up till now), when I disputed their reply, they had no sufficient answer and then they claimed that the sample (eggs) they took from my wife were no good to start with. If that’s true, then why didn’t they stop the procedure instead of going ahead and fertilizing the eggs? And what make things even worst, they call my wife and asked her to transfer the eggs (the eggs that they claim they had no clue what they are and they claim they are no good). When we asked to see Zaid so we can figure out what had happen they are no were to be found and they won’t even return your call. After we got suspicious that got ripped off our money we asked for our file with tests that they performed. First they said our file is lost, but after I threatened them to call the police, miraculously it appeared. I took my file to get a second opinion on it. One of the tests on the file was siemen analysis in which they show (according to them) that there is a problem with the simenal sample which might have caused the failure, so I went to different lab the next day and did the same test, and guess what, the results are completely different and they found nothing wrong with the sample I gave which means that Farah hospital manipulate the test results to make cheat you into thinking that you need medications and repeat IFV so many times so they can cash-in again.
You pay for the medication course, and the tests, and for taking samples and for fertilization and for PGD tests and then for transferring the eggs back to the mother. At least they did not do the transfer, and guess what; they won’t refund me for that either and till now they Zaid still promising to make time and meet with us to discuss the case.
I advise you to do your lab tests somewhere else before you walk in Farah hospital and be careful what they tell you. They are nothing other than a gang that will cheat you out of your money.

We went for IVF, the consultation was great, it was typical sales meeting, they made everything sounds so promising and smooth, then once we committed, we paid the money, then things change, they will not communicate with you at all what to do next, they will treat you as a number, like sheep if you don’t have connection and know someone inside the hospital to look after you, they lie to us, they said Dr Zaid will do the operation, last minute they send someone else, we felt ignored, lack of instruction that caused failure in the procedure and wasted so much money, they are MONEY focus hospital, all about payment and money, great sales Drs...very disappointed with them, they left us in the darkness...they have all types of pictures of happy families, but they never show you failures.....please have some conscious and treat people equally as they deserved to be treated as humans
