Review of California Suites Hotel - Al-Rawazin

The owner and the manager are very nice. However, the service staff are not fully or properly trained. For 2 days they did not supply the room with towels and bathroom tissues. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights, the bed sheets were not changed and we were not even asked if we wanted them changed. One day we woke up with no hotwater,had to wait for about 2 hours to take a shawer. Ther is no cefeteria or resturant in the hotel but there is a coffee shop that is poorly stocked and run out of products and opens late at 8:00 AM. The rooms are not sound proof. We stayed at the room next to the adminisrator's office in the first floor and you can hear people at the service desk and in the hallway. I would give it only 2 star rating.
