ICDL Jordan, also known as “Advanced Quality Assurance Systems, Ltd.” was appointed by UNESCO Cairo Office to operate the ICDL program and the rest of the ICDL Products in Jordan. UCO itself was designated by the ECDL Foundation, a non-for-profit organization based in Dublin, Ireland, and the worldwide governing body and licensing authority for ECDL (European Computer Driving License) and ICDL (International Computer Driving License).
