This company has to be one of the worst in the world service providers in the world. Sales staff will lie and say anything to close a sale. If you must use them, read your contract very carefully and make sure every last thing sold to you is in writing. Don’t let them pressure you into a sale and they will defiantly and purposely leave out things they told you are included.

Customer service if you have complaints isn’t going to help and if you catch a problem, the sales people will harass you one why what they sold don’t make sense. There are other options in town, better go there rather than deal with them.

It took the “unprofessional team” they sent a whole month to establish an ADSL Connection? I mean by now ADSL should be a piece of cake. And when they kept coming back and forth to the house forgetting stuff and not knowing a thing about electrical connections it took a whole week for them to come and set it up. And when asked why it took them a whole week the employees response was rudely I was off! Does Orange have a shortage of employees?
