Job vacancy Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of creative professionals to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
• Use design to convey compelling narratives and messages that resonate with the target audience.
• Create high-quality visual designs, including but not limited to print ads, digital banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
• Develop and maintain the creative vision and brand identity.
• Oversee the development of visual and written content for various channels, including digital, print, and multimedia.
• Ensure all creative work meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage graphic designers and provide guidance and feedback to team members.
• Supervise the daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
