Responsibilities

• Develop efficient delivery routes for drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Utilize tracking systems and software to monitor the status of orders in real time.
• Proactively identify any issues or delays and take corrective actions to minimize disruptions and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues or concerns. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure orders are prepared and delivered according to company standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Analyze key performance metrics, such as delivery times, driver efficiency, and customer satisfaction ratings. Identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation operations, preferably in the food delivery industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
